Cancellation Policy

1. We kindly ask that clients must cancel and/or reschedule their consultation up to 24 hours before the consultation begins. 2. We appreciate that a valid payment method must be filed under client's profile at all times. 3. Unfortunately, no-shows are charged $100. A no show constitutes a client failing to contact us within the 24 hour timeline prior to the scheduled consultation. Exceptions include personal emergencies and illness. If there is an emergency or an illness please reach out as soon as possible to let Dr. Schilling know so she can assist in your rescheduling and ensure that a no-show charge is not applied. 4. Payment is due at time of service.
